I do offer a $20, 30-minute consultation. I believe it's important for you to gain clarity on the root cause of your current situation and your desired outcomes before deciding to work together. The most important piece of this is honoring your word to yourself. And that's the whole process that you are going to learn. It is you taking the time to live your life consciously, plan your time consciously, and most importantly, follow through on what you say you are going to do.

Time and attention are your most valuable assets. This is your chance to be deliberate with your life and to create your schedule. When you plan your life the way that I'm going to teach you, things can come up and you can accommodate them and still honor your word and deliver on time.

Doing the thinking for other people isn't just a waste of our own energy; it also gets in the way of other people working out the right answers. My job is to enable you to learn from within yourself. I'll help you become passionate and improve not what you're thinking about, but the way you think.

Who do you work with?
My clients are very diverse in terms of demographics. I work with men and women who are entrepreneurs, parents, managers, leaders, business owners, athletes, musicians, high achievers, fellow coaches, thought-leaders, teachers, students, and other high performers from around the world.
What is your availability?
Since my entire business is online, I'm very flexible with my schedule. I coach Monday through Sunday. I'm available in the mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights. You'll receive a link to my calendar platform so you can schedule at your convenience.
What should I do if I need to reschedule or cancel a session?
