What's the Process for Designing a custom Icons for website and mobile app?
Your idea is first discussed with me. I'll create a quick vector sketch. Upon your approval, I'll proceed to finalize the icon. The first draft will be sent to you for any revisions. The order will be completed.
Which Package is Best for Me?
I generally suggest the STANDARD package (most frequently chosen) or the PREMIUM package (strongly recommended) because they provide a greater variety of logo choices and refinement. The BASIC package is designed for those who are certain of their requirements, as it has fewer features.
Can I Modify Information Afterward?
Altering essential elements of the design after the creation is not feasible, as it would negate all prior work. It's essential to provide accurate requirements from the beginning. If there are any uncertainties, don't hesitate to contact me before finalizing the requirements.
What's Included in the Social Media Kit?
This kit contains a Profile Image and Cover Photo, adapted for any 3 social media platforms of your choice. Essentially, it's your logo, tailored to fit the sizes of your chosen social media channels. The default kit doesn't include customized designs.
What Are Vector/Source Files?
These are the initial files (.ai and .eps) used in logo design, allowing you to alter or resize the logo without losing quality. These files come standard with the Standard or Premium packages, and they are highly recommended.
What's the Policy on Refunds?
Refunds are available if the final logo doesn't align with the information you provided. Mutual cancellations or refunds can only occur before the order is rated or marked as complete. Once the revision process begins, refunds are no longer an option.
Can You Design in Various Styles?
Yes, I can. Simply show me a style you prefer, and I'll craft an icon set in that style.
What if I Need an Icon Size Other Than 512x512px?
Contact me, and I can create icons in any size you require.
