Absolutely! The Handbook can be drafted to up to 5 US states, including California. If you would like the California specific documents (compliance overview, leave of absence, and non-exempt policy), be sure to purchase the standard product!
What is the process? (Basic and Standard)
Once purchased, you will be provided with a link to my 10-minute questionnaire. Once the questionnaire is completed, I will provide your package within one business day.
What is the process? (Premium)
Once purchased, you will receive a link to my 10-minute questionnaire. Once completed, I will provide your drafted handbook and documents within two business days along with a link to my calendar to book our 60-min call. I will provide the final revisions within 2 business days of our meeting.
I don't operate in one the listed states, but would like state specific compliance documents.
Send me a message before purchasing, and I will provide you with an estimated cost and turnaround time. I am familiar with employment law in all 50 US states, and may be able to provide these documents within a 7-10 day time frame.
