What's the difference between tiers?
All three tiers are drafted using my templated handbook after you complete my 10-minute questionnaire. With the Basic and Standard packages you'll receive the draft handbook within 2 days. With the Premium package, I will provide further customization, a 30-minute zoom, and a final revision.
Can this be used for International (non-US) employees?
No, this handbook is for US employees only. This handbook was written per US state and federal laws.
I already have a handbook, can you update my existing handbook?
This gig does not cover updating existing handbooks, however you can send me a message for a quote and custom offer. Updating existing handbooks typically start around $350 and can go up to $800.
How customized is the handbook?
I use my templated Employee Handbook for all clients, and customize based on answers to my questionnaire. These customization include company name, contact, time off policies (sick, vacation, PTO, and holidays), attendance policies, and much more!
Do you guarantee legal compliance?
I cannot guarantee legal compliance. I am not your internal HR representative and I am not an attorney; therefore I cannot legally guarantee compliance.
