Yes, you may send your 3d model. If you do not have one - this requires 3d-modelling of your package and one's integration into the project. Going to cost extra $100, depends on package complexity.

This project was buils with Element3d plugin and, it has it's limits on realistic aspects but quick on rendering, this is why the Gig costs $20 and could be delivered within one 1-2 days. More realistic look requires different render workflow, the price will start from $300
